Automated, isolated processing
In the Nitro processing path, automated analysis runs inside an isolated execution environment. The report is encrypted for delivery. A person does not need to open your files to perform this analysis.
Encrypted working files support processing and delivery. This is not a universal no-human-access or immediate-deletion promise. Operational, support and legal records may have different retention requirements; see the privacy policy.
DATA AND SECURITY

Use review-specific Customer Vault access. Browser-side encryption applies where implemented in the designated upload path; isolated automated processing applies in the supported processing path. Neither is a blanket claim about every system, file format or support channel.
Your review material is not sold or used to train public AI models. It is handled for the agreed service under the Privacy Policy. Review-bound access is not a promise of zero knowledge or universal exclusion of human access.
Operational records, payment records, backups and review files can have different retention requirements. No universal immediate-deletion guarantee is made. If your organisation requires a particular processing location, access restriction or deletion deadline, obtain clarification before uploading.

The illustrated route connects browser, encrypted storage, a designated isolated processing boundary and an encrypted report. Decryption means plaintext is processed within that proposed boundary; it is not a zero-knowledge promise.
Normal analysis, customer-requested support and necessary security, recovery or legal exceptions are separate categories. Access permissions still need current evidence.
Working files, logs, backups and payment records have different retention needs. No verified universal deletion deadline is asserted. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection reference is not certification or a Swiss-only hosting claim.

When do I get the magic link?
After payment verification and order acceptance, review-specific access is sent to the email used at checkout. A Stripe receipt is not the Order and Review Access Confirmation. No fixed arrival time is promised here.
What if the link does not arrive or has expired?
Check your checkout email and spam folder. Do not pay again. Contact access@arayun173.com with your order reference and checkout email, without files, passwords or payment-card details. Ask for access help; do not forward a working link.
What files can I upload?
Submit only records relevant to the accepted decision. Follow the supported formats and package limit displayed in Customer Vault; technical package capacity is up to 250 MB. Capacity is not a promise that every format or every page can be analysed. Remove unnecessary credentials and personal data; ask before submitting specially sensitive material.
Who can access my files?
Access is review-bound. Automated processing does not mean nobody can ever access data. Administrative, support and mandatory legal handling remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable access controls. Do not assume a universal zero-knowledge or no-human-access guarantee.
How long is data retained?
Retention depends on the record type and the purposes and obligations explained in the Privacy Policy. This page does not promise immediate deletion of every working copy, backup or transaction record. Contact access@arayun173.com for a review-specific retention or deletion request before uploading if your organisation requires a fixed schedule.
What exactly do I receive?
One written report for the accepted decision: findings, evidence and authority status, gaps or contradictions, a bounded PROCEED / PAUSE / CORRECT / ESCALATE outcome, reasons and next steps. Delivery is electronic; timing is confirmed for the engagement.
Is this legal or regulatory certification?
No. It is bounded decision support, not legal advice, regulatory certification, a formal audit, a security guarantee or a transfer of decision authority. The accountable decision owner remains responsible.
Can I ask questions before buying?
Yes. Contact access@arayun173.com with a short, non-confidential description. Contact is optional for the fixed review and is not a compulsory pre-payment scope-confirmation step.
What if the order or material is outside scope?
An order may be declined before acceptance; an unaccepted paid order is refunded in full through the original payment method. Unusable or unsupported material may require clarification, correction or a separate agreement. No extra paid work starts without approval. Cancellation after acceptance is governed by the Terms.
